Sarbjit Kaur
Founder
Sarbjit Kaur is an award-winning communications professional with a background in journalism and government. After leaving Queen’s Park, where she served as Senior Advisor to a cabinet minister in four government ministries and worked in the civil service, she launched her own firm, Kaur Communications. She was also a Senior Associate at Argyle PR for almost a decade.

Cristina Adu
Senior Consultant
Cristina is a seasoned journalist with nearly two decades of experience covering high-profile news stories for the country’s top newsrooms.
Prior to joining KAPOW Communications, she served as a correspondent for CTV National News' Toronto Bureau, providing content and reporting for TV, radio, and web affiliates across the country. She also served as a reporter and anchor for more than a decade at CP24, Toronto’s 24-hour breaking news channel, and held roles as a reporter/anchor at CHCH News in Hamilton, and as an investigative producer at CityNews Toronto. Cristina was a respected member of both the Queen’s Park and the Toronto City Hall Press Galleries. In recognition of her contributions to journalism, Cristina was named the CTV News 'Journalists for Human Rights' Fellow, in which she worked with, mentored, and advised journalists in Kenya, Tunisia, and Turkey.
Her lengthy media career in news and journalism, and her leadership amongst industry peers makes her well- positioned to guide clients through the evolving media and communications landscape.

Natasha Euteneier
Senior Consultant
Natasha Sonja Euteneier is a Toronto-based Corporate Event Specialist with a solid background in public relations and event management within the real estate and investment sectors. She has a proven track record of successfully organizing and executing events that align with client goals and enhance brand visibility.
Natasha’s experience includes sourcing sponsors, managing vendors, and coordinating logistics for high-profile events, such as Canada’s largest real estate investment conference. She is skilled at developing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional results through effective communication and problem-solving. Natasha is bilingual in English and French, with basic German language skills.
